At Richard's Inverts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. Our goal is to ensure your fashion experience is as seamless as possible, from the first click to the final fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
